Popejoy Hall’s Broadway for Teens program turned a December afternoon into something a little like a dream come true for more than 1,600 New Mexico students. Many of them experienced a Broadway touring production, a university campus, and the bustle of Albuquerque for the very first time.

When Judas Priest takes the stage at Isleta Amphitheater, fans can expect more than roaring guitars and anthemic choruses—they’ll witness a band still blazing strong after more than 50 years.
