The Lensic Performing Arts Center in Santa Fe has announced its 2025–2026 Lensic Presents season, showcasing a dynamic array of performances that span genres and cultures. This season reflects Lensic's commitment to diversity, education, and world-class entertainment, offering audiences an eclectic mix of music, dance, theater, and family-friendly events.


The season commences with soprano Renée Fleming's two-night engagement. On September 25, Fleming presents "Music and Mind," the intersection between music and neuroscience. The following evening, September 26, she performs "Voice of Nature: The Anthropocene," a recital inspired by her Grammy-winning album that delves into humanity's relationship with the environment.


October's lineup features a blend of jazz and dance. Dominique Fils-Aimé, known for her soulful voice and homage to African American musical traditions, performs on October 1. The Julia Keefe Indigenous Big Band takes the stage on October 9, celebrating the contributions of Native musicians to jazz. Hubbard Street Dance Chicago returns on October 16, presenting works by choreographers like Bob Fosse and Lar Lubovitch. Soul legend Booker T. Jones performs on October 25, bringing his iconic sound to the Lensic. On October 28, Las Cafeteras presents "Hasta La Muerte," a theatrical performance rooted in the Mexican Day of the Dead tradition, featuring workshops and outreach across Northern New Mexico.


November highlights include comedian Josh Johnson on November 1, indie band Lucius on November 12, and jazz bassist Stanley Clarke on November 13. On November 15, "Circles: Honoring Indigenous Santa Fe" offers a multi-arts experience celebrating local Indigenous voices through music, dance, and storytelling.


December's offerings feature the Ukrainian quartet DakhaBrakha on December 3, The Klezmatics' "Happy Joyous Hanukkah" on December 17, and the Squirrel Nut Zippers' "Christmas Caravan" on December 19. The year concludes with Joe Illick and the New Year's Eve Orchestra on December 31, performing Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 with violinist Augustin Hadelich, with shows at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.


The new year begins with Storm Large on February 5, The Ten Tenors on February 21, and The Okee Dokee Brothers on February 22. The Assad Brothers embark on their farewell tour on February 26. "Trekking Mexico," an immersive journey through Mexican folkloric dance and music, is scheduled for March 1.


March continues with the American Ballet Theatre Studio Company on March 11, a collaborative jazz performance featuring The Bad Plus, Chris Potter & Craig Taborn on March 13, and Irish supergroup Lúnasa on March 15. Pink Martini brings their multicultural flair to the stage on March 23. "Doodle Pop," a visual theater experience for young audiences, is set for March 29.


April features a performance by bassists Christian McBride and Edgar Meyer on April 7, the Australian Chamber Orchestra on April 16, and the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain on April 28. The season concludes with the Dance Theatre of Harlem on May 6, known for blending classical ballet with contemporary movement and social commentary.


During the season, over 75% of featured artists will participate in masterclasses, student performances, and talks, reinforcing Lensic's robust education program, which reaches over 13,000 students annually.
